1. Service Provider

Torino Circuit Repair, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 91, 10128 Torino TO, Italy (P.IVA IT07835410010), provides professional electronics repair and diagnostic services including TV, PC, laptop and audio system repair in Torino, Italy.

2. Repair Quotation

All repair work is preceded by a free diagnostic evaluation. A written quotation is provided before any repair work begins. Work will only proceed upon your explicit approval of the quoted price. If you decline the repair after diagnostic, no charge applies.

3. Warranty Terms

  • All replaced components carry a 12-month parts warranty
  • Labor warranty of 90 days applies to all repairs
  • Warranty covers the same fault recurring after repair
  • Warranty is void if the device is subsequently opened or tampered with by third parties
  • Physical damage, liquid damage or power surge occurring after repair is not covered

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must: provide accurate information about the device fault; ensure the device is their property or they have authorization to have it repaired; collect the device within 30 days of repair completion. Uncollected devices after 60 days may be disposed of by the service center.

5. Liability

Torino Circuit Repair is not liable for: pre-existing faults not related to the repair performed; data loss (customers should back up data before submitting devices); cosmetic damage pre-existing on submission. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.

6. Data Backup

We strongly advise customers to back up all personal data before submitting devices for repair. Torino Circuit Repair accepts no liability for data loss during repair procedures, though we take all reasonable precautions to preserve data.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon device collection. We accept cash, bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. Invoice issued in compliance with Italian fiscal regulations.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Torino, Italy.
